The Refund Room

Is the airline holding your money?

A free check for flights under UK, EU and Canadian rules. See if your late flight means you may be owed money, and how much. Use this before you buy anything.

Question 1 of 5

Where did your trip start and end?

Changed planes on one booking? Put your first airport and your last airport. Type, then tap your airport in the list.
Not sure? Look at the airline on your booking email.
Question 2 of 5

How late did you land?

The time you landed at your last airport. Your booking email shows the time you were due. For the real time, search your flight number on a flight tracker like Flightradar24 or FlightAware. The law counts the time the plane's doors opened, which is usually a few minutes after a tracker's landing time. Close to 3 hours, or an old flight you can't find? Put your best times: your letter asks the airline to confirm the door time from its records.
Question 3 of 5

How late did you take off?

This decides if the airline should have given you food, drink or a hotel.
Everyone with their own seat counts, children too.

What reason did the airline give?
